This will depend on:

a) When you order

• If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day (providing we have the item in stock).
• If you order after 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the following working day.
• If you order on the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.

b) Where the order is being delivered to

• If it's to somewhere in the UK, delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days.
• If it's to somewhere in Europe, delivery is usually by the third working day.
• If it's to somewhere in the rest of the world, delivery is usually by the fifth working day.

c) Whether you have specified "Express" delivery (for UK deliveries only). If you have, delivery will be the next working day provided the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

d) Whether the item is in stock

• In general, if a product, size or colour is unavailable, you will be unable to order it on our website. On rare occasions, it may appear that a product on the website is available when it is out of stock. This is due to the fact that certain products can sell out quickly and there may be a slight delay before this is reflected on the website.
